Common questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 30 days, full platform, no card on file. The £2,000 setup is only invoiced once you decide to continue past day 30. If you walk away during the trial we tear down the instance at no cost.
Why a £2,000 setup fee?
Because every customer gets a dedicated server, dedicated database and a fully branded instance — that's real engineering time, not a click-button signup. The fee covers provisioning, branding, data migration from your existing tools, and two training sessions. Most customers earn it back in admin-time saved within the first 4–6 weeks.
What does "single-tenant" mean in practice?
Each customer gets their own virtual private server, their own database, and their own URL. No other operator's data lives on your machine. We can't accidentally leak your driver list to a competitor — they're not even on the same server. See the security page for the technical detail.
Can I move tier as my fleet grows or shrinks?
Yes — there's no contract lock-in to a tier. We bill on the per-driver rate that matches your active driver count each month. Cross 15 drivers and you're on Operator pricing automatically; below 15 and you flip back. No paperwork.
Can I bring my own domain?
Yes. Most operators run SubRound on a subdomain of their own domain (e.g. ops.yourcompany.co.uk) so drivers see your brand, not ours. We handle the TLS certificate via Let's Encrypt at no extra cost — included in the £2,000 setup.
How do I pay?
Setup fee: invoiced on day-30 conversion, payable by BACS within 14 days. Monthly subscription: invoiced on the 1st of each month for the prior month's active driver count, payable by BACS direct debit.
What happens if I want to leave?
You can export every dataset as CSV at any time — drivers, rotas, invoices, statements, the lot. On termination we delete your data within 30 days, with backups purged on the next rotation cycle. No exit fees, no lock-in clauses, no held-data hostage situations.
Do you support carriers other than DPD/DHL/InPost/DX/Evri?
The three-way match engine works on any CSV-format carrier statement. If your carrier ships a format we haven't seen, we'll build the parser as part of onboarding — included in your subscription on Operator and Fleet tiers, and as a one-off £200 add-on on Starter.
